Requirements
- 3+ years of industrial maintenance experience preferred
- Strong knowledge of mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems
- Experience with injection molding machinery and robotics strongly preferred
- Ability to read blueprints, schematics, and equipment manuals
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with CMMS systems
- High school diploma or GED required
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and perform physical tasks (bending, kneeling, climbing ladders)
- Commitment to safe work practices and continuous improvement
- Additional Information
- Must have a high school diploma or GED
- You must be willing and able to work any shift
- You must be willing to work Saturday and Sunday
- Overtime is mandatory and is a condition of employment
- You must take a written assessment of mechanical and electrical aptitude
