Requirements

  • 5+ years of Microsoft Excel experience
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
  • Experience with sales CRM tools such as Salesforce or similar software
  • Experience defining, refining and implementing sales processes, procedures and policies or equivalent
  • Experience in business-process design or equivalent
  • 5+ years of finance, business management and sales operations experience
  • Experience working within a high-growth, technology company

Additional Information

In this position, you will be responsible for supporting local businesses who have applied to become Amazon Hub Delivery Partners responsible for making deliveries. You will work alongside Business Development Managers and local Account Development Executives to support current applicants in completing the web application, verifying their insurance, and validating their space. Key job responsibilities - Drive continuous improvement throughout team processes, identifying gaps and supporting resolutions - Support implementations of team standards, writing SOPs and improving current documents - Build relationships with applicants, small business owners and future Amazon delivery partners - Communicate with applicants and future partners 1:1 with through phone and email - Set proper expectations with applicants to ensure they're setup for success - Track and monitor applicants in the vetting and onboarding pipeline - Track account activity and update pipeline in Salesforce - Troubleshoot application errors and submit Tech tickets to Hub Tech partners to solve
