Responsibilities
- Provide Leadership whilst carryout supervision of trades, sub-contractors on shutdowns across sites throughout WA

Requirements
- Proven "hands on" Supervisory experience in fixed pant and counterbalance machines including but not limited to crushers, mills, apron feeders, pumps, stackers, reclaimers etc
- Sound knowledge of metalliferous operating & process facilities i.e. gold, Iron Ore, Nickel, Lithium
- Trade Qualified
- Demonstrated problem solving skills coupled with effective communication skills
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to empower your team
- Proven ability to develop and maintain working relationship with external & internal key stakeholders
- Strong commitment to the positive Safety culture with the ability to walk the talk on safety
- Able to provide reports on production activities including progress against budgets
- Sound ability to understand & execute mechanical plans
- Able to proactively assist in all aspects of coordinating shut work activities including but not limited to assessment of work instructions, procedures, manning levels and appropriate skillsets
- The ability to use initiative to contribute and support continuous improvement, and drive change
- Assist with the completion of required inspections, audits and HSE reports

You will be responsible for the daily planning and execution of maintenance activities to required timeframes and quality requirements.
