About the role
Our client is a leading firm in the design and construction industry, is currently seeking an experienced Facilities Manager. Facility & System Oversight: Manage day-to-day operations, documentation, and preventative maintenance for key building systems (HVAC/ACMV, utilities). Vendor & Inventory Management: Oversee contractor performance (SLAs/KPIs), process quotes, and optimize consumable stock. Incident & Team Leadership: Guide the on-site FM team through daily tasks and lead emergency responses to equipment breakdowns.
