The Job: The Commercial Market Intelligence Analyst will manage the end-to-end load process (ETL) for key data provided by customer accounts to be used for critical business reporting and analytics; this position will support the Global Commercial Sales and Marketing Organizations. Manage end-to-end external data process (ETL) for assigned accounts as follows: Data acquisition : Collaborate with customer accounts to obtain periodic data on agreed schedule, and verify data is in loadable/usable format Data Staging: Ensure data is properly staged, resolving load errors and verifying completeness; Work with internal partners to maintain accurate data cleansing (material and account cross referencing) Data Loading: Confirm data is loaded into all analytics and reporting systems Issue Resolution: Work with internal partners and customers directly to resolve data issues Process Improvement: Collaborate with internal partners and customers to identify and execute improvement initiatives and projects. Examples include (but are not limited to) optimization of load timing, improved data cleansing, and process documentation. Complete regular mass validations during critical period ends to ensure data accuracy / consistency Integrate new accounts as assigned Act as subject matter expert for external data, interfacing with Analytics, Finance, Operations and Sales teams as needed Work through conflicting issues, roadblocks and dependencies; proactively manage risks, changes and communication with project stakeholders. You also have: English Level Required B2 Bachelor's degree in business or a related field Minimum of 2 year of data management experience, preferable experience with consumer products company Systems knowledge or ability to learn quickly: SAP/Business WHSE / SAP HANA/Snowflake Proficient in all Microsoft Suite Software, especially MS Excel Basic - Intermediate understanding of SQL (Structure Query Language) Basic - Intermediate understanding of Power BI The Details: You'll receive a competitive salary and a great benefits plan.
