The IT Manager is responsible for defining and executing the global IT strategy across all EMS sites, ensuring operational continuity, cybersecurity, and the implementation of technology solutions that support industrial efficiency and business growth. Lead global IT operations ensuring system availability, performance, and support across Portugal, Mexico, Germany, and China. Define and implement the IT strategy aligned with corporate objectives and EMS operational needs. Manage IT infrastructure including networks, servers, cloud environments, telecommunications, and cybersecurity. Oversee ERP and MES systems ensuring integration with production, logistics, and supply chain processes. Lead cybersecurity initiatives including policies, audits, incident response, and awareness programs. Coordinate global IT projects ensuring delivery within scope, time, and budget. Manage international vendors and service providers, ensuring SLA compliance and cost optimization. Develop and mentor IT teams across multiple geographies, promoting collaboration and operational excellence. Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Engineering, Information Systems, Information Technology, or related fields. 15+ years of IT experience, including 5+ years in leadership roles. Experience in industrial environments and multinational operations.
