For Linklaters Office in Warsaw, we are currently recruiting for the Channel and Editorial Coordinator role. Work arrangements Location : Warsaw (hybrid model, 2 days from the office located next to Rondo ONZ) Working hours: start between: 8am - 10am and corresponding finish time 4pm - 6pm Contract: Contract of employment (umowa o pracę) Purpose The role supports the Channel and Editorial team in the day-to-day execution of the firm's communication strategy across a broad suite of employee and client-facing digital channels. This role will focus on ensuring the Channel and Editorial team is supported across a range of tasks including across our SharePoint, website platforms and social media channels. Key Interactions Under the overall guidance of the Channel and Editorial Lead and Manager, you will be working in close collaboration with your peers in Communications and Corporate Affairs, BDM, Technology and other Business teams, and members of the practice (including partners, lawyers, PSLs and secretaries) to help promote the firm's work, knowledge, and reputation globally. Based in Warsaw, your role will be to support the delivery of the firm and the Communications and Corporate Affairs strategy through editorial judgement, content shaping, and the effective coordination and optimisation of digital channels. Key responsibilities and challenges The over-arching focus of this role is to support the team in day-to-day tasks and ad hoc projects across the firm's internal and external and client-facing digital channels (websites and social media). These include: Linklaters.com: Act as a first point of contact for content requests, helping to clarify requirements, manage timelines and ensure requests meet channel standards Use data and analytics to identify trends, recommend improvements and support continuous optimisation of content and channels Support the shaping and refinement of content to ensure it is clear, audience-appropriate and aligned to channel best practice, including the ability to challenge or refine requests appropriately Ensure activity aligns to channel strategies, campaign objectives and content priorities set by the Channel and Editorial team and Communications and Corporate Affairs team. Apply and uphold channel governance standards, including tone of voice, formatting, accessibility and brand consistency Support the delivery of integrated campaigns across web, social and internal channels, ensuring consistency and effective sequencing of content Leverage AI tools to support content creation, optimisation and workflow efficiency, such as: publishing content across all content types (for example news, publications, thought leadership, offices, responsibility, client services) on the website. reporting on key activity and engagement analytics for visitors on the website and advising on optimisations for website functionality and visitor experience. Social Media Supporting the Channel and Editorial team to generate reports on the success and engagement with the Firm's social media channels. Support with creating and posting content on the firm's social media channels, including organic and promoted campaigns. Our social media channels include LinkedIn, Passle, Clearview Social (CVS). Support the reputation of Channel and Editorial team by maintaining best practice in web governance, content management and sharing social media best practice. Apply if you: Bring at least 2 years of experience in a similar role. Enjoy working collaboratively and building strong relationships across international teams. Communicate clearly and confidently, both in writing and in person. Feel comfortable using Microsoft Office, SharePoint and AI tools in your day-to-day work. Have experience with data and analytics tools such as Google Analytics 4 or similar platforms. Use English fluently. Are familiar with Sitecore or another content management system. Have a strong eye for detail and take pride in delivering high-quality work. Bring a positive attitude and a good sense of humour to the team. Are confident balancing standards, priorities and incoming requests. Have hands-on experience with digital channels and platforms, including LinkedIn and similar tools. Work well with tight deadlines and can manage multiple tasks effectively.
