$28.64/hourlyReports to:Jill Campbell, Distribution ManagerShift:AM, PM, TWILocation(s):35 Jutland Rd, Etobicoke, ON450 Evans Ave, Etobicoke, ON70 The East Mall, Etobicoke, ONApply By:Monday, June 22, 2026 by 12:00 PM ESTThe Role: Floor SupervisorAvailability: Full-time with an ability to work mornings, afternoons, holidays, and occasional weekends and holidays.Be Real, Be Curious, Lead Fearlessly, Adapt and Evolve, Grow Talent, and Live with Purpose.What You Do (Responsibilities) :Supervise a team of floor staff, potentially exceeding 50 staffOversee that best practices, quality standards, and health and safety procedures are adhered to, and any areas of concern are addressed and documented in the momentSupporting with the creation, review, and sign-offs of SOPs as neededSupports new or returning staff as required with onboarding, demonstrations of daily duties and responsibilities, while ensuring safety and SOP guidelines are being followedReport and document workplace H&S incidents to management, utilizing 1Life Safety to submit hazard reports and near-missesOrganize, assign, and delegate daily tasks, activities, and workflow to the TrainersOversee and monitor the pace of picking, packing, shipping, and receivingFoster a high level of motivation through coaching and feedback to the team leadersPerform regular 1:1s with Trainers and assist Trainers in conducting 1:1s with Distribution AssociatesEscalate significant performance and behavioural issues to the room management teamEnsure smooth communication between shiftsDetermine and facilitate what training is required for floor staffParticipate in performance discussions in partnership with room managementOversee staff attendance, punctuality, and break periodsSupport payroll entry and timecard verificationsCommunicate with the Talent team as required regarding seasonal hiringReview the shipping schedule/daily orders, deliveries, incoming transfer orders, and pick-upsComplete bill of lading documentsEnsure sales orders are fulfilled efficiently and to a high-quality standardComplete and ensure documentation of pre-shift checklistsEnsure spills are cleaned up and recorded according to the material-specific spill response protocolMonitor pallet stock and notify management of an increase/decrease in order frequencyMonitoring stock of and ordering of pallet wrap and shipping suppliesSupport DEIB initiatives and communicationHost daily huddles and meetings as requiredDistro Department-Specific Responsibilities :Lock out equipment and submit work order requests to MHE companies for repairs/maintenance as neededComplete daily safety checklists and racking inspectionsEnsure keyholder duties are completed as requiredWho You Are (Qualifications) :Required :Current Lush employee has held their current role successfully for one yearGeneral understanding of in-room operations (i.e., routings/metrics, processes, and distribution reporting)Flexibility to work within the Distribution, Digital, and Manufacturing businesses as requiredConfident with basic mathematics, ability to count, including addition and subtractionProven track record in training, coaching, and developing employeesKnowledge of Employment Standards and Occupational Health and Safety standardsExcellent problem-solving and communication skillsExceptional organizational skillsReliable, consistent attendance, punctual, and dependableAble to provide and receive feedbackCommitment to abiding by and overseeing health & safety regulationsCommitment to abiding by and overseeing our quality and good manufacturing practicesAware of distribution room Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) (i.e., targets, PPH)Valid certification on site-specific MHEAble to navigate email, MS Office Suite, and Google programs (i.e., Sheets, Chat, Meet)Basic proficiency with AX/D365 functionsAccustomed to working in a highly seasonal, high-pressure environmentComfortable with reading, writing, and speaking English in order to communicate with peers and leadership on all platforms (i.e., in person, via email, via Google/Teams chat)Preferred :Experience working in a variety of rooms and departments within LushPrevious experience working as a THealth insuranceEquity / stock options
