About the role

You will serve as a CONTRACT SPECIALIST in the POLICY AND ADMINISTRATION BRANCH, in the CONTRACTS DEPARTMENT of SUPSHIP. In addition to the Basic Requirements for this position, your resume must also demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the next lower grade level (GS-11) or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector as a professional contract specialist with working knowledge of contract planning, solicitation, proposal evaluation, contract award and administration; experience applying policies and regulations using the Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR) and Defense Federal Acquisition Regulation Supplement (DFARS); or experience conducting contract execution to resolve issues and monitor compliance with pre-award and post-award policies and procedures.
