Role Overview The Senior OU Tech Partner (Singapore) is responsible for the day‑to‑day delivery and operational management of digital and technology capabilities supporting Haleon's Organisational Unit (OU) priorities in Singapore. This role acts as a trusted delivery partner to OU business teams, ensuring defined digital priorities are translated into reliable, scalable solutions aligned to global platforms and standards. The focus is on execution excellence, adoption, and operational performance , rather than enterprise or regional strategy ownership. The role requires hands‑on experience delivering digital capabilities across sales, marketing, eCommerce, and digital platforms, alongside operational technologies such as infrastructure and security. Working closely with global product and platform teams, the Senior OU Tech Partner ensures local needs are met while remaining aligned to Haleon's global roadmaps, governance, and ways of working. Success in this role is driven by delivery quality, strong stakeholder relationships, and effective operation within a complex, matrixed global environment.
