Your new role You'll support a portfolio of motor claims and deliver great outcomes for our customers by: Managing claims from start to resolution Gathering information and assessing next steps Speaking with customers, third parties and suppliers Providing clear, timely updates throughout the process Working collaboratively with your team to deliver strong results About you We're open-minded on background - if you bring great customer skills and a willingness to learn, we'd love to hear from you. Experience in customer service, retail, contact centres or hospitality Comfortable speaking with customers and handling a variety of situations A positive, resilient attitude and strong team mindset Clear communication skills (written and verbal) Ability to stay organised and manage multiple tasks
