About the role
You will serve as a SUPERVISORY MANAGEMENT ANALYST in the Commanding General's Office Military Equal Opportunity Office MCRD located at MARINE CORPS RECRUIT DEPOT. Advising on the use of the MEO complaint process to report, resolving and disposing complaints alleging prohibited activities and conduct. Providing conflict management services to assist in resolving issues or refers for mediation/alternative dispute resolution and case management responsibilities.
