Supervisory Managment Analyst

About the role

You will serve as a SUPERVISORY MANAGEMENT ANALYST in the Commanding General's Office Military Equal Opportunity Office MCRD located at MARINE CORPS RECRUIT DEPOT. Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-11 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: Providing expert advice regarding laws, regulations, executive orders, court decisions and issues related to the Military Equal Opportunity (MEO) Program; consulting services and support on all matters command climate and prohibited activities and conduct. Advising on the use of the MEO complaint process to report, resolving and disposing complaints alleging prohibited activities and conduct. Providing conflict management services to assist in resolving issues or refers for mediation/alternative dispute resolution and case management responsibilities.
