Responsibilities

  • Support biweekly payroll processing, ensuring accuracy and timely completion.
  • Review and validate time and attendance records, resolving discrepancies with managers.
  • Process payroll adjustments, manual payments, reconciliations, and maintain payroll records.
  • Administer employee benefits programs, including enrollments, changes, terminations, and life event updates.
  • Assist with open enrollment activities and employee benefits communications.
  • Serve as a primary contact for employee inquiries related to payroll, benefits, deductions, and total rewards programs.
  • Support new hire onboarding by coordinating payroll and benefits setup and documentation.
  • What you bring:
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • 1-2 years of experience in payroll, benefits administration, or HR operations.
  • Experience with HRIS and payroll systems; Workday preferred, ADP Workforce Now and/or Dayforce a plus.
  • Intermediate Microsoft Excel skills, including data analysis and reconciliations.
  • Knowledge of payroll, time & attendance, benefits administration, and compliance requirements.
  • Strong attention to detail, analytical and problem-solving abilities, organizational skills, and customer-service orientation.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to handle confidential information discreetly.
  • The annual salary range for this role is $60,000 - $65,000 . Your base salary is determined based on location, experience and the pay of employees in similar positions.
