Responsibilities

  • Recruitment Coordination:
  • Assist in creating compelling job advertisements and posting them on a variety of platforms (e.g., LinkedIn, Indeed, university portals).
  • Review applications and collaborate with hiring teams to identify and screen high-potential candidates.

  • Hiring Event & Interview Day Support:

  • Onboarding and Compliance:

  • Input and maintain accurate candidate information in recruitment and HR systems.
  • Support candidates with onboarding questions and processes.
  • Data and Reporting:
  • Maintain and update tracking tools, ensuring they accurately reflect the current status of candidates (e.g., candidates in offer stage, onboarding progress, etc.).
  • Responsible for ensuring that all relevant systems and processes are kept up to date.
  • Stakeholder Collaboration:
  • Liaise with hiring teams to understand and update staffing on a monthly basis, ensuring alignment with operational needs.
  • Support hiring teams in forecasting and communicating their hiring needs to meet business demands.
  • Foster positive relationships with hiring partners to enhance recruitment processes.
  • What We Look For:
  • High-Volume Recruitment Experience: ATS experience, Greenhouse a plus.
  • Organizational Skills: Ability to manage multiple tasks, priorities and deadlines with efficiency and confidence.
  • Communication Skills: Strong written and verbal communication skills to build rapport with candidates and internal stakeholders. Spanish language proficiency is a plus.
  • Attention to Detail: Ensures accuracy in data entry, compliance checks, and precise reporting.
  • Adaptability: Thrives in a dynamic, fast-paced environment and is proactive and positive when priorities shift.
  • Collaboration: Works effectively as part of a team and builds strong relationships with stakeholders.
  • Tech Savvy: Proficient in using recruitment systems, spreadsheets, and digital tools.

Benefits

As a Talent Coordinator, you'll be at the heart of our recruitment efforts, ensuring a smooth and engaging experience for both candidates and hiring team; coordinating Hiring Days, maintaining candidate trackers, supporting onboarding, and collaborating with stakeholders. Position Type: Fixed Term Contract, hourly Contract Duration: June through October, 2026 Location: Hybrid, New York City Schedule: 32-40 hours per week Monday-Friday Starting Hourly Rate: $30/hour
