Design & Solution Development Contribute to UI architecture, design systems, and front-end engineering standards. Develop intuitive interfaces for complex engineering data and workflows. Balance user needs, technical constraints, and performance considerations in solution design. Technical Development Build performant, responsive web applications handling complex datasets and real-time information. Implement robust, maintainable solutions aligned with team standards and long-term architecture. Optimise applications with strong attention to performance and efficiency. Integrate with backend systems, APIs, and real-time data services. Collaboration Work closely with cross-functional teams including Aerodynamics, Vehicle Performance, and Data Science. Partner with the Team Leader on technical direction and implementation strategy. Contribute to shared frameworks, components, and best practices across the department. Participate actively in technical discussions, planning, and design reviews. Contribute to a culture of engineering excellence and continuous improvement.
