Responsibilities

- Prepare research findings, management reports, and updates for Headquarters and senior management on business opportunities, project assessments, and stakeholder engagement activities.
- Track and maintain records of ongoing opportunities, stakeholder engagements, and project evaluation activities for management reporting.
- Undertake any other advisory, analytical, or coordination tasks as assigned by management to support the Group's strategic objectives.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Finance, Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related discipline.
- At least 5 years of relevant experience in consulting, project management, application delivery support, business analysis, business development, banking technology, or financial services.
- Experience in core banking systems, digital banking platforms, lending systems, payment systems, Banking-as-a-Service (BaaS), or other financial technology solutions.
- Experience in business requirements gathering, business process analysis, solution assessment, and stakeholder management.
- Ability to engage with both business and technical stakeholders and translate business requirements into practical analysis and recommendations.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Experience coordinating cross-functional teams, vendors, consultants, and project stakeholders in a regional or multinational environment.

Working under the guidance of management and senior team members, the role will conduct research, business and operational analysis, market intelligence gathering, stakeholder coordination, and project assessment activities.
