- Represent the organisation in external meetings, partnerships, and sector platforms when required.
- Contribute to Board papers, funding proposals, and organisational risk management processes.

- Provide executive oversight across departments in the absence of the ED.
- Support financial oversight, operational continuity, and staff leadership.

- Qualifications & Experience
- Degree or Postgraduate qualification in Social Work, Counselling, Psychology, or related field(Master's preferred).
- Minimum 5 years of experience in social services, with at least 3years in a supervisory/leadership role.
- Experience in programme evaluation, impact measurement, or research.
- Strong knowledge of Singapore's social service ecosystem and funding frameworks.
- Demonstrated leadership capability and strategic thinking.
