Production and Maintenance Assistant

Requirements

• Previous experience in office cleaning, housekeeping, or a similar role.
• Possess basic culinary and food preparation skills.
• Able to communicate effectively in both spoken and written English and Mandarin.
• Adaptable, proactive, and able to take initiative when carrying out duties.
• A positive team player with a friendly and service-oriented attitude.
• Responsible, reliable, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Good interpersonal skills and able to interact professionally with staff, visitors, and clients.

Additional Information

Job Responsibilities: Office Perform general cleaning and housekeeping duties for the office, pantry areas, and washrooms. Prepare and ensure office workspaces and common areas are clean and ready for use each morning. Manage and replenish refreshments for staff in both the office and warehouse. Serve beverages and attend to clients and visitors when required. Sample Production Assist the Sample Department during available hours or as required. Trimming and pasting of sample tiles on to folders. Carry out any other duties and responsibilities assigned by the Company from time to time.
