Requirements
- Technical Support Experience (Must-Have): 1-2+ years of proven, on-premise technical support experience focusing on hardware/software installation, troubleshooting, and break-fix workflows.
- Specialized Hardware Expertise (Must-Have): Direct, hands-on experience troubleshooting, configuring, and repairing Zebra Label Printers and RFID handheld scanners.
