Responsibilities

Requirements

  • Technical Support Experience (Must-Have): 1-2+ years of proven, on-premise technical support experience focusing on hardware/software installation, troubleshooting, and break-fix workflows.
  • Specialized Hardware Expertise (Must-Have): Direct, hands-on experience troubleshooting, configuring, and repairing Zebra Label Printers and RFID handheld scanners.
  • Operational Availability (Must-Have): Absolute reliability and flexibility to work the required 10-hour shifts (7:00 AM - 5:45 PM) on a rotating schedule, including required weekend shifts (2x per month).
