Responsibilities
- Technical Leadership:

- Ø For Payment Business Line (PAY):
- Ø Apply knowledge of credit card technologies (EMV standards, Visa, Mastercard frameworks)
- Must Have Job Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related discipline
- 7+ years of software engineering experience, with at least 2-3 years in a technical leadership role
- Knowledge of RFID / NFC technologies
- Experience with smart card / smart chip systems
- Exposure to biometric identity solutions (e.g., e-passports)
- Domain expertise in payment card technologies (EMV, Visa, Mastercard, etc.) (particularly for PAY Business Line)
- Strong experience in Agile/Scrum delivery environments
- Proven experience delivering secure, high-availability systems
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage both technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Strong time management skills, with the ability to balance technical delivery and team leadership
- Solid problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Experience with JIRA, Confluence, or similar Agile tools
- Familiarity with DevOps, CI/CD pipelines, and modern engineering practices
