Responsibilities
- Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Large Fleet Prospecting: Actively identify and close corporate accounts (distribution companies, last-mile delivery, field services, manufacturing) operating medium to large vehicle fleets.
- Consultative Mobility Sales: Evaluate the client's current fuel dispersion and travel expense processes to demonstrate the return on investment (ROI) of using Clara through parameter controls, dynamic limits, and real-time visibility.
- Operations & Finance Negotiation: Lead complex sales committees, successfully aligning the Director of Logistics (focused on daily operations) with the Director of Finance (focused on cash flow and tax deductibility).
- Driving Adoption: Ensure that once a contract is signed, cards and platform access are correctly distributed and utilized by drivers and route managers to maximize Total Payment Volume (TPV).
Requirements

- Minimum 5 years of experience in B2B enterprise sales, specifically within the fuel control industry, vehicle leasing, or fleet management technology.
- Deep understanding of local tax laws regarding fuel deductibility and authorized electronic wallet regulations.
- Solid grasp of logistics operations, driver expense management, and cost-leakage prevention.
- Proven track record of navigating complex corporate sales cycles and delivering technical demonstrations of SaaS platforms.
- Experience or interest in AI tools to automate sales workflows.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication, with a high degree of adaptability to fast-changing environments.
- Background working at or competing against industry players like Edenred, Sodexo, Element, TIP, Samsara, or Geotab.
- Experience utilizing Hubspot for pipeline tracking and Slack for cross-functional internal alignment.
- An established network of contacts within the transportation, manufacturing, and distribution sectors.
