The Legal Talent Coordinator provides administrative support to the Chief Legal Talent Officer (CLTO), handling essential administrative and operational duties to help achieve business goals for the Legal Talent Department. The Legal Talent Coordinator will be responsible for prioritizing among multiple tasks and identifying opportunities to contribute and perform in a fast-moving, dynamic environment. The Legal Talent Coordinator will work collaboratively with, and as an integral member of, the entire Legal Talent team. ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS: Provide administrative support to the CLTO, including coordinating calendars and travel, expense reporting, meeting scheduling and coordination, and other administrative tasks. Assist in the preparation and maintenance of department records including correspondence, meeting agendas, minutes, business plans, executive presentations, project management platform, global calendars, org charts, task lists, and databases. Coordinate the development, implementation and tracking of annual budgets and assist with expense management and related financial logistics for the department. Provide supplemental support to legal talent teams (Recruiting, Development, Inclusion, and Coaching) as assigned and support the CLTO and Legal Talent Directors in the planning and execution of department-wide and team projects. Facilitate collaboration and communication between legal talent and other administrative teams to ensure the successful planning and execution of legal talent initiatives. Assist in coordinating logistics and planning department and attorney meetings and retreats including preparing and communicating agendas, presentations, and materials. KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES: Ability to exercise sound independent judgment, tact and discretion involving sensitive and confidential matters is required. Demonstrates flexibility, initiative, a positive attitude and a collaborative approach in a dynamic, service-oriented environment. Strong organizational skills reflecting the ability to perform and prioritize multiple tasks and projects seamlessly with excellent attention to detail, even when under pressure. Strong written and oral communication skills. Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint. Excellent grammar, punctuation and proofreading skills and the ability to prepare clear, accurate reports and correspondence. Positive team player, with the ability to perform in a fast-paced environment, juggle multiple assignments, and work responsibly under pressure. EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE: Bachelor's degree or any equivalent combination of training, education and experience that demonstrates the ability to perform the duties of the position. Minimum of two (2) years of experience in administrative support of executive management.
