Responsibilities

  • Own the end-to-end lifecycle of RF sensor hardware, from early prototypes through production ramp and sustaining support.
  • Support early-phase development through concept definition and component selection (RF, compute, power, and interfaces).
  • Drive manufacturing readiness, including design for manufacturing and testing, pilot builds, production bring-up, and continuous improvement.
  • Partner closely with production, suppliers/CMs, and quality teams to solve production issues, improve yield, and implement product changes.
  • Support compliance and certification activities (e.g., RED/FCC), including test planning, lab coordination, technical documentation, and follow-ups.
  • Lead system-level integration across RF subsystems, mechanical and electrical interfaces, and supporting compute and power elements.
  • Collaborate with electrical, mechanical, and software teams to deliver robust, manufacturable systems.
  • What You Bring
  • Degree in Electrical Engineering, Systems Engineering, or a related field.
  • Experience owning hardware products across the lifecycle, ideally including manufacturing introduction and sustaining engineering.
  • Solid systems-level understanding of RF products, with hands-on validation and troubleshooting skills.
  • Experience supporting concept development and making pragmatic component choices for production-ready hardware.
  • Exposure to regulatory compliance and certification processes (e.g., RED/FCC) is a strong plus.
  • Strong cross-functional communication skills and a practical, solution-oriented mindset.
