Liquid Personnel is seeking for a Registered Manager to lead a brand-new children's residential home in Leicestershire. The successful candidate will take full responsibility for the day-to-day running of the home, ensuring it meets Ofsted standards and provides the highest level of care and support. You'll lead a committed team, promote a culture of warmth and professionalism, and ensure every child feels safe, valued and empowered. What will your responsibilities be?
