Job Description This position will be on-site at our Headquarters in Colorado Springs, CO. Have you considered sharing your passion for fitness with others? This position will play an integral role in leading safe, engaging, and effective group exercise classes for team members, promoting health and wellness, and contributing to a positive and motivating fitness environment. Group Exercise Instruction Lead a group exercise classes (e.g., strength training, yoga, cycling, functional fitness, etc.) with professionalism and enthusiasm. Demonstrate proper technique, ensuring safety and effectiveness for participants of all fitness levels. Provide modifications and progressions to accommodate varying abilities. Foster a welcoming, encouraging, and inclusive class environment. Maintain music playlists, class equipment, and teaching materials. Track class attendance and provide participant feedback when appropriate
