RESPONSIBILITIES: This role will primarily be responsible for the over-sight, collection, reporting and escalation of Wholesale debts. The role will report into International & Wholesale Finance Manager and work closely with the Cash Receipts team, the Wholesale team and the management accounts team. Day to day responsibilities include: Customer account administration tasks including sending invoices to customers and raising credit notes for Wholesale customers. Work alongside the Wholesale Management Accountant to review daily bank receipt journals prepared by the Cash Receipts Team. To deal with payment queries and client overpayments in an accurate and timely manner Apply for credit cover and report aged balances to credit insurers at relevant periods Prepare and review monthly balance sheet reconciliations for Wholesale customer balances. Preparation of month end journals for the Wholesale business Assist with the year end statutory audit Various other ad-hoc duties within the finance department REQUIRED EXPERIENCE: Minimum of 18 months credit control/management accounts experience, ideally within a fast paced retail/branded wholesale environment A good level of MS Excel and Outlook skills The ability to multitask, maintain focus under pressure and ensure accuracy and attention to detail at all times Good written communication skills given you will be the face of KG to customers.
