Job Responsibilities Job Summary The Director, Brand Management leader possesses deep creative and operational expertise with a track record of work across a variety of brand strategies, brand identity systems, leading to compelling brand creative executed in an integrated mix media model. This leader has a proven ability to partner with leaders, manage complex agency ecosystems and deliver measurable brand impact in a fast-paced, high-accountability environment. The team seeks equal strength in creative excellence and performance rigor to drive awareness of the Syneos Health brand and alignment across the enterprise. Core Responsibilities 1. Brand Leadership Expertise Brand Strategy & Positioning - Oversight of enterprise brand strategy, including articulation of key value propositions, narrative coherence across the business all with clear and disciplined brand governance. Brand Identity Systems & Experience Design - End-to-end leadership of branding projects across the business to ensure consistency and support for business goals. Brand Architecture & Portfolio Management - Deep experience designing, evolving and operationalizing brand architecture strategies across a global organization. 2. Creative Strategy Development & Agency Leadership Agency Partnership & Management - Primary liaison for brand, creative and media agencies. Sets strategic direction, evaluates creative quality, manages scopes and performance, ensuring the work ladders to business and brand objectives. Integrated Creative Production - Shares oversight of brand campaigns, flagship content, videos, corporate collateral and large-scale production initiatives. Comfortable balancing concepting with execution, timelines, approvals and stakeholder complexity. 3. Media Strategy & Performance Orientation Media Planning & Activation - Strategic oversight of media plans, focused on awareness-building, content distribution, message amplification all designed to drive targets down the funnel, drive leads and clear business impacts. Brand Measurement & Impact Analytics - Designs and evaluates brand performance metrics, including awareness, familiarity, willingness to recommend, associations and other brand equity measures. Uses data to inform strategy, refine execution and demonstrate ROI to leadership. Outcome-Driven Brand Execution - Operates with a performance mindset, connecting creative output to enterprise goals such as growth, reputation and market differentiation. 4.
