Responsibilities
- Coordination of schedules, meetings, and travel arrangements for senior staff and executives
- Preparation and filing of documents, reports, and correspondence with attention to detail Receiving and attending to calls, emails, and visitors with fluent English communication
- Support in the management of office purchases and supplies
- Monitoring administrative processes and compliance with deadlines
- Collaboration in the organization of internal events and activities
- Providing administrative support that demonstrates understanding of team goals and organizational objectives
- Taking initiative to identify and address administrative challenges proactively
- All employees are required to work from the office a minimum of 2 days per week
Requirements
- Basic Required Qualifications:
- An S&P Global employee at this level would typically have 1-2+ years of experience in admin, support or similar administrative roles
- Fluent English communication skills, both written and verbal
- Technical or university degree in Administration, Secretarial Studies, or related fields (preferred)
- Proficiency in office software (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Strong organizational and time management abilities with demonstrated attention to detail
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism
- We require all candidates who reach the final stage of our interview process to attend at least one in-person interview, which is ordinarily at your nearest S&P Global Ratings office. This must be completed before we can proceed to an offer
- Additional Preferred Qualifications:
- Courses in office software, communication, or administrative management
- Experience in customer service for internal and external clients
- Demonstrated problem-solving and decision-making capabilities
