Responsibilities

  • Coordination of schedules, meetings, and travel arrangements for senior staff and executives
  • Preparation and filing of documents, reports, and correspondence with attention to detail Receiving and attending to calls, emails, and visitors with fluent English communication
  • Support in the management of office purchases and supplies
  • Monitoring administrative processes and compliance with deadlines
  • Collaboration in the organization of internal events and activities
  • Providing administrative support that demonstrates understanding of team goals and organizational objectives
  • Taking initiative to identify and address administrative challenges proactively
  • All employees are required to work from the office a minimum of 2 days per week

Requirements

  • Basic Required Qualifications:
  • An S&P Global employee at this level would typically have 1-2+ years of experience in admin, support or similar administrative roles
  • Fluent English communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Technical or university degree in Administration, Secretarial Studies, or related fields (preferred)
  • Proficiency in office software (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
  • Strong organizational and time management abilities with demonstrated attention to detail
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism
  • We require all candidates who reach the final stage of our interview process to attend at least one in-person interview, which is ordinarily at your nearest S&P Global Ratings office. This must be completed before we can proceed to an offer
  • Additional Preferred Qualifications:
  • Courses in office software, communication, or administrative management
  • Experience in customer service for internal and external clients
  • Demonstrated problem-solving and decision-making capabilities
  • Experience supporting senior executives or teams in a professional environment
