About the role
XULE POWER ENGINEERING PTE LTD is an established electrical engineering contractor specializing in HDB BTO electrical installation projects across Singapore. We are expanding our team and are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Quantity Surveyor to support our growing business. Job Responsibilities Prepare quotations, tenders and cost estimates. Measure quantities from drawings and contract documents. Prepare project budgets and cost plans. Monitor project costs, variations and final accounts. Evaluate subcontractor quotations and prepare subcontract documents. Process progress claims, payment certificates and invoices. Liaise with clients, consultants, suppliers and subcontractors. Assist the Project Manager with contract administration. Maintain proper project documentation and cost records. Ensure projects are completed within budget.
Requirements
- Diploma or Degree in Quantity Surveying, Building, Construction Management or related discipline.
- Minimum 1-2 years of QS experience in the construction industry preferred.
- Experience in electrical engineering or M&E projects is an advantage.
- Fresh graduates with relevant qualifications are welcome to apply.
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office.
- Strong analytical, negotiation and communication skills.
- Able to work independently and as part of a team.
