Requirements
- Required Qualifications
- 8+ years of professional experience in management consulting, strategy, enterprise advisory, or business communcations in a healthcare setting.
- Experience within healthcare, payer, provider, or health services environments.
- Proven ability to synthesize qualitative and quantitative data into actionable insights and recommendations.
- Strong executive communication skills, with demonstrated expertise in developing highly polished, senior leadership-level presentations and materials .
- Advanced proficiency in PowerPoint
- Demonstrated success working in complex, matrixed environments and influencing cross-functional stakeholders.
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience.
- Exposure to provider experience, network strategy, or value-based care initiatives.
- Advanced degree in business, healthcare, or a related field.
- Experience supporting senior executives or enterprise-level leadership teams.
- If you will be working at home occasionally or permanently, the internet connection must be obtained through a cable broadband or fiber optic internet service provider with speeds of at least 10Mbps download/5Mbps upload.
- For this position, we anticipate offering an annual salary of 116,200 - 193,600 USD / yearly, depending on relevant factors, including experience and geographic location.
- This role is also anticipated to be eligible to participate in an annual bonus plan.
