Project Manager

Responsibilities

• As an integral part of our team, you will:
• Develop and maintain detailed project plans, schedules, and budgets
• Coordinate and collaborate with contractors, subcontractors, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless project execution
• Monitor progress, identify and mitigate risks, and implement corrective actions as needed
• Manage project documentation, including reports, meeting minutes, and change requests
• Ensure compliance with relevant regulations, safety standards, and company policies
• Communicate project status and updates to senior management and clients
• Provide leadership and support to project team members

Requirements

• Degree in Engineering, preferably in Civil/Structural Engineering, recognised by the PE Board.
• Minimum 5 years' work experience in a project management role in A&A / New Build
• Strong project management skills, including the ability to develop and execute project plans, budgets, and schedules
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Proficiency in project management software and tools
• Thorough understanding of construction processes, regulations, and safety requirements
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment and lead cross-functional projects
• Demonstrated problem-solving and decision-making abilities
