Champion Operational Brilliance: As the operational anchor for TNZ and Blackmores, you'll champion seamless execution, upholding data accuracy, enforcing governance, and resolving complex technical challenges. Make an Immediate Mark: Hit the ground running with IKEA to implement major H2 campaigns for Big Brand and EOFY Sale events, while also shaping their crucial FY27 annual planning recommendations. Drive Best Practice & Consistency: Act as a key guardian of best practice across your portfolio, maintaining and publishing global strategic test & learn & data governance playbooks, to ensure a unified, high-quality approach to campaign delivery, testing and measurement. Proven Operational Leadership: You have several years of experience in digital media or ad tech operations, with a sharp commercial mindset and a focus on delivering quality and efficiency across multiple accounts. Data & Analytics Whiz: You have a strong grasp of data activation, audience design, and optimisation levers, with a knack for turning complex data into clear, actionable performance insights.
