Job Scope: 1. Internship Programme Administration Manage the end-to-end administration of internship programme. Collate internship applications from various recruitment platforms and disseminate relevant applications to hiring supervisors. Coordinate calls for internship project submissions for scholarship and award schemes. Execute end-to-end processing of internship requests and internal approval workflows within the ERP system. Prepare Certificates of Completion and coordinate distribution with respective General Admins. Administer internship feedback forms and maintain proper records. Handle enquiries from hiring supervisors and interns on internship-related processes and enquiries, including ERP submissions, stipends, onboarding timelines, laptop requests, temporary passes, leave application. 2. Training Coordination & Operations Support Training Coordination: Liaise with departments to consolidate schedules and manage the SharePoint training repository. Enrolment & Tracking: Monitor sign-ups, provide stakeholders status updates. Partnership: Manage agreements, pre-enrolment documentation, and onboarding processes as the primary point of contact. Program Administration: Support training logistics, including participant briefings, room setup, and attendance tracking. Finance & Reporting: Oversee end-to-end billing and process invoices accurately. Undertake any other duties or projects as assigned to support the department's strategic objectives.
