IT Application Intern

About the role

Assist in collecting, analyzing, and documenting business requirements from manufacturing, quality, and supporting business users; help convert user needs into clear functional specifications, process flows, and testable requirements. (2 5%) Participate in code development, configuration, debugging, and unit testing for IT applications, interfaces, scripts, or small automation tools under the guidance of senior IT team members .(30%) Support system testing activities, including test case preparation, test execution, defect logging, regression testing, data validation, and documentation of test results to ensure solution quality.( 20%) Develop and maintain Power BI reports or dashboards, including data preparation, SQL query support, report layout design, basic data modeling, and validation with business users.( 15%) Prepare and maintain project documentation, meeting notes, user guides, technical notes, and knowledge-sharing materials to support requirement clarification, solution delivery, and handover.( 10%) Secondary Duties/Responsibilities: If Applicable: 1. Assist with production data collection, data cleansing, SQL query validation, and report data reconciliation. 2. Support user communication, meeting minutes, requirement follow-up, and bilingual documentation when needed. 3.
