Requirements

• § Leadership and interpersonal skills
• § Good oral and written communication skills
• § Experience in automation system or machine vision system development.
• § Semiconductor industry exposure.
• § Experience in SEMI factory Automation, SECS/GEM.
• § Experience in Strip Mapping / Wafer Mapping.
• Technical Skills:
• § Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Word
• § Project Management
• Competencies:
• § Communication capability with all levels
• § Possess a creative mindset to identify and problem solving skills
• § Planning and organising
• § Analytical skills
• Language Capability:
• § Proficiency in spoken and written English required

Objective / Purpose of the Job The incumbent will oversee the organization's production of goods and/or services. He/she will oversee various departments, such as purchasing, R & D, engineering and manufacturing. Key Activities / Accountabilities - Manage the day to day company or department operations. - Manage project and deliverable - Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects - Ensure R & D meet company objective - Monitor and manage operational costs. - Make sure company's products meet or exceed customers' expectation. - Comply with safety and environmental rules and regulations. - Keep up to date market trends that related to our products and services. - Any other duties as assigned by Management.
