Mainframe Quality Engineer (m/f/d)

If you are passionate about quality assurance, are familiar with the IBM Z system and have several years of experience with IBM Z, this role would be the opportunity for you. ## Essential Functions - Cross-product quality assurance in the IBM Z area for our Adabas & Natural products, with the focus on installation and acceptance tests - Be responsible for release and delivery of these products - Develop and automate test cases - Monitor and maintain our test environment - Track and analyze errors in coordination with the development departments - Assist our support department for installation questions ## Minimum Requirements - Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field - Proven experience as Quality Engineer/Specialist with expertise in the IBM Z system - Programming experience to maintain and continue developing our testing tools - Good knowledge of JCL - Knowledge of additional IBM Z products, e.g. CICS, Db2 or VSAM, is helpful - Adabas/Natural experience would complete your profile - Openness to new technologies and methods - Self-motivated, self-developing and learning mindset - Very good written and spoken German and English skills - Ability to work in a diverse and geographically distributed team ## What's in it for you? - Earn competitive total compensation and receive comprehensive country-specific medical and other benefits. - Enjoy time and location flexibility with our Hybrid Working Model, which allows a remote workshare of up to 60%.
