The BluCar Sales Specialist will be responsible for facilitating vehicle redemptions, processing repossession titles, and supporting the leadership of the Sales Team. The BluCar Sales Specialist will be responsible for ensuring all vehicle redemption requests submitted by phone, email, and customer portal are completed in a timely manner in addition to being responsible for the processing of repossession vehicle titles. The Sales Specialist will also provide support for the various members of our Sales Team. Completing all required tasks accurately and timely with attention to detail is imperative. The Sales Specialist will answer questions; provide support and facilitate the Copart experience through offering solutions to meet customer's needs. The Sales Specialist will be the face of the company through face-to-face and vocal interactions with all levels of customers which range from the public to high level managers of organizations. Job Duties : Efficiently and accurately identify/analyze vehicle title/ownership documents within company guidelines Provide excellent customer service to all internal and external customers Process and complete vehicle titles in accordance with local guidelines Research missing and/or incorrect title paperwork and determine proper resolve in a timely manner Communicate with customers via email or verbally to handle title issues daily Build relationships and develop professional rapport with DMV and sellers Maintain title bin filing as necessary Performs other duties as assigned
