Job Summary We are looking for a high-energy Enterprise Banker (FAIS) to deliver a superior, seamless client experience to enterprise and business clients. The role focuses on understanding client needs, offering appropriate financial solutions, and driving income growth through effective client engagement. You will leverage technology and the omni-channel environment to deliver efficient, cost-effective service while managing day-to-day banking activities and supporting clients across their financial lifecycle. Job Description Drive income growth by developing a deep understanding of clients' working capital cycles and business needs. Achieve and exceed performance targets in line with individual scorecards. Proactively drive client acquisition, retention, and cross-sell initiatives through each client engagement. Provide needs-based, value-adding solutions that enhance client outcomes (not product pushing). Deliver a consistently high-quality client experience, ensuring service requests and complaints are resolved within agreed service level agreements. Execute all activities in line with regulatory, compliance, and risk management requirements. Utilise digital tools, systems, and technology to enhance service delivery and operational efficiency. Collaborate with internal stakeholders and contribute to a high-performance, knowledge-sharing team environment. Continuously improve ways of working by challenging the status quo and sharing best practices. Minimum Requirements 3+ years' experience with a proven track record of consistent year-on-year high sales performance in a banking environment. 4+ years' experience in a high-volume, client-facing, target-driven financial services role (banking preferred). Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Business, Economics, Finance, or a related field. Strong understanding of enterprise/business banking and working capital cycles. Comfortable working with financials, multiple systems, and banking processes simultaneously. Excellent verbal and written communication skills with strong people and relationship management skills. Energetic, resilient, self-driven, and able to perform under pressure. Strong accountability for personal performance and continuous development. Tech-savvy, fast learner, and early adopter of digital tools and processes. Zero tolerance for negative client experience and the ability to use feedback and complaints to drive service improvement.
