Technology Specialist

Responsibilities

• Provide on-site IT support for end-users, including troubleshooting hardware, software, and network-related issues
• Support desktops, laptops, mobile devices, and standard enterprise applications (e.g., Microsoft 365)
• Manage user accounts, access control, and permissions in line with security policies
• Perform incident management and service request fulfilment within defined SLAs
• Coordinate with internal teams and vendors for escalations and issue resolution
• Assist in IT asset management, inventory tracking, and lifecycle management
• Support basic network troubleshooting, connectivity issues, and meeting room AV setups
• Participate in system upgrades, rollout activities, and maintenance tasks
• Ensure adherence to client IT policies, compliance, and security standards
• Maintain proper documentation of issues, resolutions, and procedures
• Minimum Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of relevant IT support experience in an enterprise environment
• Professional Profile
• Demonstrates maturity, strong workplace etiquette, and professionalism
• Proven track record of being reliable, accountable, and consistent in delivery
• Comfortable working in a client-facing environment with minimal supervision

• Education Requirements
• Diploma, Degree level in technology related discipline.
