About the role

- Engineering Leadership - Lead and manage a team of engineers and technicians, provide technical direction and mentorship to engineering personnel - Develop departmental goals, KPIs, and performance improvement plans - Prepare and manage departmental budgets, monitor engineering costs and identify opportunities for cost reduction - Process & Manufacturing Engineering - Oversee the development, optimization and validation of manufacturing processes - Improve product efficiency, yield, quality and equipment utilization - Drive Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma and process improvement initiatives - Support troubleshooting and root-cause analysis for manufacturing issues - Project Management - Plan, execute and monitor engineering projects from concept through implementation - Coordinate cross-functional projects with Production, Quality, Supply Chain, Program - Ensure projects meet customer specifications and regulatory requirements. - Lead new product introduction (NPI) and product transfer activities - Collaborate with customers and design teams on product manufacturability and cost optimization Position Requirements - At least 8 years of engineering experience within precision engineering, minimum 3 years in a leadership role - Strong understanding of precision manufacturing processes (CNC machining, tooling & fixtures, GD&T, CAD/CAM systems, SPC) - Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma methodologies Interested candidates, please email your resume to annasee@recruitexpress.com.sg Anna See Sing Yee CEI Reg R25157535 Recruit Express Pte Ltd EA License No: 99C4599 We regret that only shortlisted candidates will be contacted
