Multiple regions, multiple categories and covering all aspects of the finance cycle. We are seeking a Senior Finance Analyst to partner with our Marketing Teams across Benelux, Nordics, and Poland, with responsibility for managing the marketing budget. This role is pivotal in ensuring accurate budget planning and control, while building strong business partnerships with the marketing teams.

Responsibilities

  • Support planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes for the marketing budget.
  • Collaborate with accounting teams during month-end close and ensure accuracy of financial reporting.
  • Enhance and develop analytical models and dashboards to provide transparent performance tracking.
  • Act as a key finance business partner to marketing teams, supporting day-to-day activities and delivering ad hoc ROI analyses to inform strategic investment decisions.
  • Deliver financial analysis and recommendations while constructively challenging teams to ensure strong cost control and foster category growth.
  • Partner with marketing, retail, and e-commerce teams to evaluate new initiatives, and business cases.
  • About you
  • Bachelor's or master's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Economics, or related field.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with ability to interpret complex data and translate into business actions.
  • Excellent proficiency in Excel and financial reporting systems (SAP, Power BI, or similar).
  • Outstanding business partnering and communication skills; ability to influence and challenge stakeholders.
  • Proven experience in Commercial Finance, Business Partnering, Controlling or FP&A roles, ideally within e-commerce, retail, or consumer goods.
  • Fluency in English.
