Your role at Baxter: You as Engineer II, Mfg will develop, optimize, validate, and sustain molding, automation, and extrusion manufacturing processes within a regulated environment. This hands-on role provides direct technical support to manufacturing operations. It leads continuous improvement initiatives, supports product transfers and process validations, and ensures successful implementation, improvement, and long-term sustainability of highly automated equipment, tooling, and systems. The Manufacturing Engineer works closely with Operations, Quality, Maintenance, and Product Development to deliver robust, scalable, compliant, and cost-effective manufacturing solutions that ensure product quality, operational excellence, and reliable capability, and reports to the Associate Director of Manufacturing.
