Responsibilities
- Requirements Management: Refine, write, and update clear, well-structured requirements as projects evolve due to design or technical direction shifts.

- Required Qualifications:
- Proven experience working as a Business Systems Analyst , technical BA, or in a hybrid product delivery role managing the end-to-end requirement-to-story lifecycle.
- Expertise in Jira for backlog management, ticketing workflows, and sprint tracking.
- Deep understanding of Agile / Scrum methodologies, delivery cadences, and sprint ceremonies.
- Strong technical data skills, including the ability to independently query data using SQL and build structured outputs in Excel .
- Excellent project management instincts-highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive with follow-ups without needing to be pushed.
- Curious, analytical mindset with a track record of asking the right questions to uncover root technical or functional needs.
Requirements
- Prior experience working within the Finance & Sales domain.
- Strategic thinking capabilities with a strong knack for mapping complex downstream impacts and cross-team implications.
- Experience collaborating closely with Technical Project Managers or Delivery Managers on precise capacity planning and requirements handoff.
