Position Responsibilities Oversee HR operations for 700+ employees, creating a culture of high performance and excellent service. Lead recruiting efforts across warehouse, facilities and office positions, partnering with leaders to meet hiring goals and support business growth. Source, interview and hire high-caliber talent for leadership and key positions to meet hiring needs. Build, coach and develop a high-performing HR team to deliver an exceptional candidate and employee experience. Develop and execute talent acquisition strategies to attract quality active and passive candidates in a competitive labor market. Collaborate with leadership on hiring, performance management and employee relations. Minimum Requirements Bachelor's degree in human resources, business or related field. 10+ years of HR and talent acquisition experience in high-growth, shift or warehouse settings. 5+ years of management experience. Knowledgeable of federal and Texas employment laws. Travel for initial training at Uline's North American locations.
