Clinic Manager

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily clinic operations ensuring alignment with service standards and operational requirements.
• Manage clinical workflow to enhance the quality of patient care.
• Registration of patients, dispensing of medication and collection of payments
• Handle appointment bookings and inquiries via phone, email, and in person
• Ordering of Medications, consumables
• Conducts regular inventory checks, Manage stock levels, place order as needed.
• Submit government and insurance claims
• Maintain overall facility management of the clinic, including cleanliness, safety, and functionality.

Requirements

• Higher NITEC or Diploma in relevant disciplines (healthcare) with 2-4 years of clinic operation
• Prior experience working in a in GP clinic is a must. Experience in new GP clinic set up will be a plus.
• Familiar with MOH regulatory requirements
• Possess strong people management skills
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Able to work & support staggered hours.
