- Proven success building and leading h igh-performing teams that drive str a te g ic , operational , and execution capabilities within l arge, complex product or engineering environments.
- Experience driving str a te g y and/or operations within engineering organizations delivering products used by millions of customers and/or large-scale commercial businesses generating more than $100 million in annual revenue.
