Account Executive

Responsibilities

• Sales Business Review
• Review and verify sales orders, contracts, and invoices to ensure compliance with company policies and accounting standards.
• Monitor sales revenue recognition, discounts, and receivables management.
• Work closely with the sales team to ensure accurate and timely financial reporting.
• Manufacturing Finance Management
• Handle cost accounting, production cost analysis, and inventory valuation.
• Support budgeting, forecasting, and cost control for the manufacturing center.
• Analyze variances between actual and standard costs, providing insights for performance improvement.
• Financial Reporting & Internal Control
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports and analysis.
• Ensure compliance with internal control procedures and audit requirements.
• Provide financial data and analysis to support management decision-making.
• Cross-functional Collaboration
• Coordinate with sales, production, and procurement departments to optimize financial processes and data accuracy.
• Participate in financial system enhancements or ERP module implementation projects.

Requirements

• Diploma in Accounting, Finance, or other professional accounting certificate or equivalent.
• 2-3 years of experience in financial accounting, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
• Basic understanding of sales processes, cost accounting, and inventory management.
• Strong analytical skills with high attention to detail.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and ERP systems.
• Good communication and teamwork skills; able to collaborate effectively across departments.
• Preferred
• Manage monthly financial closing for ERP/CRM sales and accounts receivable functions, including GL reconciliation and account balance reviews.
• Perform customer account reconciliations and maintain accurate financial records for Singapore operations.
• Oversee accounting for manufacturing and procurement activities, including vendor payments, inventory control, and product cost analysis.
• Prepare financial reports, management accounts, and statutory financial statements in a timely and accurate manner.
• Experience in internal control or process improvement projects.
• Familiarity with local accounting and tax regulations.
