Responsibilities

- Collaborate with Project and Operational teams to resolve issues, queries and ensure accurate case handling.

- Have a collaborative outlook and a willingness to support others, including contributing to coaching and quality assurance activities.

Requirements
- 2 years' experience in financial services.
- Strong attention to detail and analytical thinking, with the ability to interpret data and identify inconsistencies.
- Excellent communication skills, with confidence in working with colleagues across different teams.
- Ability to manage your time effectively and work to deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience using Microsoft Excel, word and other to support analysis and reporting.
- Willing to drive personal development and adapt quickly to new challenges while undertake additional responsibilities that benefit the wider team.
- And any experience of these would be great:
- Working knowledge of Lending security.
- Experience of working with external platforms e.g. Companies House, Land registry
- Experience working on remediation and rectification programmes.
