Why Join Us | DuPont Careers Job Description for position Requisition Legal Entity（入社法人）：デュポン・スペシャルティ・プロダクツ株式会社 Position Title：カスタマーサービス担当者 Business Unit：Commercial Excellence Report to：Japan Customer Service Leader, Molykote®, Multibase™ & Vespel® Location：東京本社（山王パークタワー ※溜池山王駅直結） Employment Type：正社員 カスタマーサービス担当者 - 役割概要 カスタマーサービス担当者は、顧客の注文履行をサポートする役割を担い、顧客からの注文情報を受領・分析・確認のうえ、正確かつタイムリーに処理を行い、すべての顧客要求を満たすとともに、高品質なサービスと高い顧客満足度の維持を目的とする。 主な職務内容 ・FAXやメールで受領した国内および輸出の顧客注文を受け付け、処理および正確性の確認を行う主要窓口となる。 ・定められた手順・ガイドラインに従い、オーダー入力業務を実施する。 ・問い合わせ対応および受注処理を、デリバリー指示や出荷管理を含めて一連のプロセスとして実行する。あわせて、売掛金回収に関してビジネス部門と連携する。 ・未処理オーダーの状況をモニタリングし、必要に応じて適切な対応を行い、顧客納期の遵守を促進する。 ・注文変更などの顧客からの依頼に対し、ビジネスの販売方針に基づいて一次対応を実施し、解決が必要な場合は適切な関係部門へ迅速かつ効果的にエスカレーションを行う。 ・常に競合を上回る高品質でプロフェッショナルなサービスを提供することで顧客との良好な関係を構築し、営業チームと密に連携して顧客満足の向上を図る。 ・営業、サプライチェーン、物流、ファイナンス、外部倉庫などの関係部門と連携し、顧客要件の理解と確実な履行を実現する。 ・各種社内ポリシー、手順および法令を遵守し、必要に応じてカスタマーサービス領域におけるポリシー適用や変更についてマネジメントへ提言する。 ・必要に応じてチームメンバーの業務をサポートし、バックアップを担う。 ・受注数量とフォーキャストの比較等、営業関連情報をビジネスへ提供する。 ・日本におけるSAP Order-To-Cashモジュールの責任窓口としてビジネスをサポートする。 必要な能力・知識 ・社内外との関係構築を目的とした優れたコミュニケーション能力(対面・電話・傾聴・文書) ・必要なシステム(SAP、SFDC、Microsoft Office)を使用する能力 ・AI、マクロ、および自動化ツールを積極的に活用し、業務プロセスの効率化を推進できる能力 ・基本的な読み書きができる英語力(読み書き中心、TOEIC 500〜650程度を目安) ・顧客および社内の各機能部門と効果的に連携できる能力 ・細部への注意力および高い正確性を有する能力 ・自発性があり前向きな姿勢 ・生産性向上プロジェクトや施策を通じた価値創出能力 ・カスタマーサービスまたは受注業務の経験(歓迎) ・サプライチェーンの経験(あれば尚可) Join our Talent Community to stay connected with us!
