Corporate BU Controlling Business Analyst

About the role

The purpose of this position is to prepare, analyze and report business unit results on time with transparency to rBU and BU to steer business Business Steering-Prepare business unit results, transparent data to rBU's to steer the business to achieve business targets. Business Evaluation-Preparation of business case evaluation with applicable scenarios by coordinating with plant cross functional team, present the results to rBU's to enable business results. Evaluation of investments on. Analysis of process disruptions in MBR and CF and implementation of systematic problem-solving. Member of the GS Allocation Task Force; steering the task force through meetings,organization, and documentation; conducting workstream deep-dive analysis and lever identification. Analysis of process disruptions in MBR and CF and implementation of systematic problem-solving. Handling and documentation of various reporting tasks, such as Net Working Capital and Free Cash Flow. Project responsibility for initiatives like Docupedia, Personnel Dashboard, and SAC Compliance &Governance-Ensure compliance of RB central Directive & guideline to fulfil statutory requirement. Cost Management-Define and assess cost structures by developing financial performance indicators and drive cost reduction measures by partnering with the plant team, rBU, BU's and IPN. Digital Transformation- Define and implement data driven business controlling through digitization to improve operational excellence. Cost & management accountant (CMA) / Chartered Accountant (CA) Master degree in accounting and finance (mandatory)
